 For Group Classes

• A refund (minus Paypal/Stripe fee) will be made for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the start of class. 

• For cancellations less than 3 hours before the class there will be no refunds

For Private Classes

• A refund (minus Paypal/Stripe fee) will be made for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class. 

• For cancellations made:

  • Less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours - session can be rescheduled up to 7 days after the original date. For example if a session is booked for 12 April, the rescheduled class must take place on or before 19 April. This is dependent on my availability. 

  • Less than 12 hours before the class there will be no refunds

For Workshops

• A refund (minus Paypal/Stripe fee) will be made for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start date. 

• For cancellations less than 24 hours before the workshop there will be no refunds or transfers unless:

  • the course/ workshop is full and your place can be filled from a waiting list, or

  • you are sick/injured and can provide a doctor’s note
