Yoga, meditation AND coaching are ways to help you gain self awareness. Without this awareness, you’re not conscious of what you’re doing. It’s almost like you’re on autopilot. 

This autopilot is created from your habits - actions, feelings, thoughts that you do on repeat. 

You’ve created them to help conserve your energy. Imagine how exhausting it would be trying to figure out how to get home everyday!

And some of these habits have formed as a way to keep you safe. 

But there comes a point where you start to feel stuck, bored, frustrated and want to make a CHANGE. 

There’s a gnawing. An unsettled energy that doesn’t disappear no matter how much yoga and meditation you do.  

You’re ready to make the change but don’t know where or how to start. Here’s where coaching comes in.

How does coaching help?

I coach the unconscious mind because our conscious thoughts aren’t the whole picture. 

Huh? Think of your unconscious as your operating system. For the most part, it determines your thoughts for you.

Here are a few examples where bad habits can hold you back:

Lack of motivation - you know you always feel better after a yoga class, but you still can’t be bothered to leave the house, or you don’t have the patience to look through all the options online.

Procrastination - you've been wanting to create your website, but once you see all the options - squarespace, wordpress, flodesk - you think, ummm maybe I’ll do it next week.

Fear of Visibility - you have an amazing thought you want to share on Instagram, but once you log in you get distracted/put off by your insta-nemesis whose post got 178 likes, think why bother and start scrolling instead of posting.

Anxiety - you have a big meeting tomorrow and you’re so nervous, every time you think about your contribution you leave your desk and head straight to the pantry for a packet of crisps.

Guilt - you’re trying to work from home. The kids are with you because half term childcare is extortionate. So you’re super stressed, and you’ve just shouted at them (again) for making too much noise.
