Winter Refill:
Cultivating Strength in Slowing Down
Winter is coming and it’s time to build your reserves. Kind of like a bear about to go into hibernation. Except you’ll probably be doing the opposite.
🎉 Getting ready for all kinds of festivities. Work parties. Nativity performances. Family get togethers. Catch-up drinks with friends you haven’t seen in ages.
🎉 Not to mention all the energy that goes into all of the above. Oh this outfit? I just threw it together.
In preparation for, let’s be real, an exhausting and depleting time of year, join me for:
A two-hour bubble where you can escape your responsibilities and have someone else tell you what to do…me!
A session that includes active and restorative yoga, qigong and meditation all influenced by the lung energy of letting go, and the kidney energy of introspection and cultivating our inner reserves.
A place for you to slow down the busy-ness of your mind and move your body in a way that feels nourishing and regenerative.
A time for you to build reserves, working with the energy from nature and tapping into your own creativity by using your imagination.
😴 The biggest decision you’ll need to make is “am I ready to roll over onto my left side?”
You’ll leave the session deeply relaxed and fortified with a sense of ease that stays with you well into January.
When: Sunday December 7th from 10:30am - 12:30pm
Cost: £45
Where: Yogamatters studio, Oakforest House, 1-5 Summerland Gardens, London N10 3QN
It’ll be a small group of 13 people, max.
